Cancellation policy

Your Bright Side Post subscription renews automatically each month, and your card is charged on the same day each month as your first order, until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Log in at account.brightsidepost.com and cancel from your subscription, or email contact@brightsidepost.com and we'll do it for you. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. An envelope that has already been paid for will still be mailed to you.

We don't give partial refunds for a month that has already been billed. If we ever change the price, we'll email you before your next charge.
