Shipping policy

Free Shipping:

Shipping is free and included in your subscription price.

When It Ships:

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Envelopes go out by USPS on the 15th of every month, and you'll get an email when yours is on its way. Most arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

Subscribe by the 10th to get that month’s envelope. Sign up after the 10th, and your first envelope ships the following month.

Moving? 

Update your address in your account at account.brightsidepost.com by the 10th of the month so your envelope follows you.

Lost or Damaged?

If an envelope is lost or arrives damaged, email contact@brightsidepost.com within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
